1.5 oz Metaxa (Μεταξά) è un brandy greco
0.5 oz Tequila blanco
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz honeymix (honey and water)
1:1 Sweppes lemon and Fevertree bitter lemon to top.

Shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass.Top with Fevertree (acqua tonica), bitter lemon and  Schweppes lemon. Garnish lime twist.

Nb: 1 oz = 3 cl.
